Thank you for shopping with Amarillo Candle Company. We strive to provide high-quality products and a seamless shopping experience. Please review our Return Policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Returns and Exchanges: At Amarillo Candle Company, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order for any reason, we offer returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase.

2. Eligibility: To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

3. Process: To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team at admin@amarillocandlecompany.com within 10 days of receiving your order. Please provide your order number and reason for return/exchange.

4. Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days.

A 25% restocking fee will be charged on all refunded products after the product is received and inspected for damage, and prior to any refund being issued.

5. Exchanges: If you need to exchange an item, please contact our customer service team at admin@amarillocandlecompany.com within 30 days of receiving your order. We will provide instructions on how to proceed with the exchange.

6. Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

7. Cancellation Policy: Once an order is shipped it cannot be cancelled.

8. Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue and provide a replacement or refund as necessary.
